1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and tng11 ("tng11", "we", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the tng11 online gaming platform available at tng11.lat and any associated mobile applications or services.

By creating a tng11 account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tng11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and withhold funds pending investigation.

During registration and at any subsequent point, tng11 may require you to submit identity verification documents (KYC) — including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad (Malaysian identity card), passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tng11 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party, and tng11 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify tng11 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. tng11 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have formally notified tng11 of a compromise in writing prior to the activity in question.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on tng11 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), unless otherwise explicitly stated for cryptocurrency options. tng11 accepts the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq.
